Sam is an associate solicitor working in the private client team in the Witney office. Sam qualified in October 2020 with a law firm in Hungerford before joining the team at Bower Bailey in September 2023.

Sam advises clients on estate and trust administration, the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, inheritance planning, and Court of Protection applications. He has experience of dealing with the administration of complex and high net worth estates.

Sam is known for his approachable manner, and prides himself on dealing with often sensitive matters with compassion and care.

  • Obtained a Deputyship Order from the Court of Protection granting a power of sale over the protected party’s property in France

Personal interests

Sam loves spending time with his two young children, who keep him very busy! Any time he manages to find outside of family life is dedicated to his love of sport, being a keen fan of cricket, F1, golf, snooker, and American Football. A special place in his heart is reserved for the England test cricket team.
